Password Security Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login credentials. 99cuci will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Consequences of Violations
Any breach of these terms of use may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any outstanding balances or winnings, and legal action where applicable. 99cuci's decisions regarding breaches are final.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the 99cuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit methods include FPX via local banks, TNG eWallet and GrabPay. Each deposit is processed within minutes upon receiving bank confirmation.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, and the recipient's name must match the registered account name. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are displayed in the account section when logged in.
The 99cuci platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or where unusual account activity is suspected. Withdrawal processing times may range from a few hours to three business days, depending on the method and the outcome of any review.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Any bonus or promotion offered by 99cuci is subject to specific terms of use stated at the time the promotion is announced. Users must meet the stipulated wagering requirement before any bonus value can be withdrawn as cash.

99cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of terms, unlawful activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Balances in suspended accounts will be held during the investigation and may be forfeited if a breach is established.
All content on the 99cuci platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of this platform. Reproduction, distribution or use of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
